The Purpose of this organization shall be to:
(a) promote and expand the captive distribution and public awareness of;
(b) collect donations for various conservation and scientific studies pertaining to;
(c) create a world-wide fellowship for those concerned with;
(d) maintain a website for the fellowship to gather and participate in various programs pertaining to; the various endangered species of the Family Goodeidae, Order Cyprinodotiformes.
